Review: I was very impressed with the reviews for this company, which persuaded me to go with them despite their quote coming in higher than another company for renovations at my home. Work was done quickly and professionally. I do not have a good understanding of renovating and depended on the expertise offered by the company. After a few months the original issues resurfaces and when I asked about the guarantee there were just loads of excuses and I am still sitting with the mess. I will not recommend this company due to poor communication and after sales service.

Review: Riaan and his team have done two jobs for me, and I’m very impressed with their fast, professional work, at reasonable rates. There has always been the minimum of mess and fuss, and I haven’t had to deal with any of the usual nonsense and complications that builders are notorious for. I’m relieved to have finally found a company I can use without reservations for a variety of services. I can highly recommend them.

Review: As a trustee of Garden Lodge Body corporate that consists of 62 units I can highly recommend Under Construction Projects. Within an hour Riaan’s professional team is on site and ready to address whatever plumbing need we have. Recently we had the entire sewerage lines flush out within 1.5 day at extremely competitive rates. Turn around times for standard plumbing emergencies is 1 hour and we frequently add to the initial requestate and have the work carried out at the same time. Wish all contractors ran a professional service like Riaan
