Review: Quick to take payment. Spend a very large amount of money only to be informed a week later on day of delivery they sold almost all the stock they should have kept for my delivery. We have to cover the cost of the company on site for the planting and fine line only provides a sorry.

Review: Should have read all the Hello Peter comments first. The comments on Google are probably bots and NOT a true reflection of people’s experiences and mine. Exactly what has happened to others has happened to me. Promised delivery not adhered to. No communication. Instead told it’s delivered when they know full well it hasn’t been. Then completely ignored. Suddenly the next day while I’m out a truck arrives. Bigger than limitations provided. They deliver half the order. Quality of grass is shocking. Continue to ignore your calls. Emails. Texts. And then threaten. Their quality is ridiculous. Their attitude shocking. I eventually got hold of Lufiso who promised to assist. He did nothing. Literally. Nothing. I’m yet to receive a response from them let lone a signed delivery note because I did not receive the order myself. The dead grass was dumped at my front door. Be careful folks. This is a bad joke waiting to happen. Lufiso promises to get back to you and doesn’t. Josh doesn’t return calls either. And Bulela just ignores you. Steer clear and save yourself the hassle! There are legitimate companies out there who care about customer service and quality. These guys don’t. At all. And you’ll lose your money. I believe in a court of law this is called theft.In response to Fine Lines answer – utter lie. There was no trace of him in the estate at all, confirmed by security. The driver himself confirmed the next day he hadn’t delivered at all. Honesty goes a long way guys.
