Review: Not a professional company. My order of 50 bags was delayed by 3 weeks, then the bags delivered were not 25kg in weight product was extremely hard and difficult to work with compared to other cold patch suppliers . Requested a refundwhich they agreed to but then two weeks later they are not returning calls and haven’t made the refund despite getting my banking details I most likely will be making a enqu3at the consumer council.
